DRAFT PROJECT AND CONSULTING

Each customer request is analysed by technical and commercial staff. Whether a standard machine or custom project, we evaluate the offer in detail and come up with a plan so that the work is done within the planned time frame and costs. We offer consulting service for more complex projects and prepare an in-depth feasibility project, examining the context and layout of the systems where we will work.

PRODUCT AND PACKAGING STUDY

We can work on packaging and products provided by the customer or design packaging solutions from the ground up. The experience and expertise that we have accumulated in over 30 years of automation and robotics allow us to find solutions that can be integrated and modelled on the needs of the customer and their products. Our technicians are able to offer the best packaging solutions for the product characteristics, packaging materials, and system features.

DESIGN

Our technical office is made up of specialized engineers. They are responsible for designing the mechanical part alongside the electronic and software part. We model the machine in 3D, designing each component in detail and making the necessary changes and customizations. During this phase, maximum attention is paid to installation/dismantling ease, machinery sanitizing, safety, ergonomics, and parts for shipping as well as the system dimensions.

CONSTRUCTION

Abrigo machines are constructed internally in their entirety. Our solutions are 100% Made in Italy. We use components from our machine tool department or preferred suppliers.

ASSEMBLY AND INSPECTION

The technical office creates a complete paper and digital file with the assembly instructions that are followed by specialized technicians at our company. There is then a careful inspection phase with the machine empty and with the product, as if it were connected to the line.

DISMANTLING AND RE-ASSEMBLY ON-SITE

The technicians who assembled the machine dismantle it and re-assemble it at the customer's facility, following its start in production. We supply instructions and training for the customer's staff regarding proper use and maintenance of our machines.

SUPPORT

We guarantee efficient and timely remote or on-site support with a team of professionals that is always available for remote interventions. Our machines are equipped with remote control systems and predictive maintenance technology.
